Dues: The HOA board would like to welcome everyone into the New Year and with that, a reminder that annual dues of $795 will be due on March 1, 2026. Be on the lookout for your bill in the mail as they should be arriving in the next week or so. Also, CMA released a new website in 2022 (Welcome Neighbors! (cmacommunities.com) for homeowners to sign up for online access.
To pay online, login to your CMA account (website) or email CMA to obtain an account.
How do I get a login? Email support@cmacommunities.com or call (404) 835-9100. Be sure to include your name, association and property address.
To complete a payment online without creating an account, go to:

***There are fees associated with making an online payment, $2.25 for eCheck, $23.45 for credit card, but $0 if you sign up for Auto-Draft through your CMA account. The Auto- Draft is scheduled to be run around March 8th of each year. There are no fees associated with mailing a check, except postage. ***

Spring Reminders: As spring arrives and more projects around the house and yards start to happen, a reminder that some of these projects need HOA Architecture Control approval and the Hedgerow website has been upgraded to include many new features. These upgrades include:
All forms submitted to the board for Architectural Improvement, Concerns, or Temporary Breach of HOA Covenants/Bylaws are fillable on the website and submitted directly there to the board. These are accessed under "Architectural Control" webpage (ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL | Hedgerow HOA (yourhedgerow.com). If you incur any issues filling out these forms, please let us know.
Also, remember to clean up debris in your yard that could go into your neighbors yards like leaves, overhanging limbs, overgrown bushes, etc.
