The newsletter is also posted on our HOA website and linked on Facebook to the website. Link to the Fall 2026 newsletter.
Did you know we have online voting through the website that submits directly to the Board?
Recognize that we have more people running for the board than open board positions, which is a great thing to have. If you aren't going to make it and also don't know who to vote for, you can name a proxy to vote in your place that will be going to the meeting. Please fill out the proxy vote, in the name field at the top, input the person you are electing to vote on your behalf, and select general proxy on the bottom half. We need 50 votes to ensure we have quorom for the annual meeting and can conduct official HOA business, so please do your part.
Pet Droppings: Please continue to be considerate of your neighbors by picking up after your pet when walking in the neighborhood.
Architectural Control Reminders: Link to ACC forms
As kids are back to school and the weather slowly cools, more projects around the house and yards start to happen, a reminder that some of these projects need HOA Architectural Control approval. For all updates & changes to exterior of homes & yards, including but not limited to: painting, exterior remodeling/renovations, landscaping, fencing, re-roofing, structural change to house, or any major changes to your yard. Please fill out a property improvement application to the ACC and Board with detailed information - drawings, plans, color swatches, etc. We will try to get back to your request within 48-72 hours. However, by-laws state the board has up to 30 days to approve.
We also have an architectural concern form to alert the board to issues that arise around the neighborhood. The Hedgerow Homeowners Association Board is committed to helping preserve the overall environment of our community. One of the tasks of the Board is to respond to resident concerns. In keeping with this commitment, all community concerns need to be in writing and submitted to the Board. Please do not text message board members privately. As stated above, we have 30 days to respond but typically respond in a much shorter timeframe.
We also have a temporary breach of covenants form you can fill out to alert the board for things like a dumpster being left in the driveway for a home renovation or a broken-down car left in pool parking lot overnight.
Fall Reminders:
Landscaping:
Homeowners are responsible for all maintenance of lawns, shrubs, trees, and/or landscaping materials. Lawns that are dying or dead, full of weeds, or neglected need attention.
Please remove any dead or dying trees from your property. They pose a danger not just to your house but possibly to your neighbor’s house as well.
Please also keep ivy trimmed and confined to your yard.
Please be sure to clear all gutters and roofs of leaves and mold.
Vehicle and RV Storage: No vehicle may be “continuously” parked on the street by homeowners. All cars must be permanently parked in driveways or garages. If cars are parked on the street, it creates a major liability as children may not be seen by oncoming cars. In addition, please store recreational/commercial vehicles, boats, or trailers outside of Hedgerow.
Meeting Notes and Newsletters: These are posted under "More", "Newsletters & More" webpage (NEWSLETTERS & MORE | Hedgerow HOA (yourhedgerow.com). This includes minutes from the Board's most recent meetings in 2026.
