ACC Concern/Violation Form
The Hedgerow Homeowners Association Board is committed to helping preserve the overall environment of our community. One of the tasks of the Board is to respond to resident concerns. In keeping with this commitment, all community concerns need to be in writing and submitted to the Board. Reporting community concerns is anonymous, outside of board members. Please be advised that the concern or violation must fall under the community covenants and restrictions. The Committee will make every attempt possible to resolve all issues, but please allow an allotted time depending on the offense.
