Temporary Breach of HOA Covenants Request Form
This form is for the use of the homeowner to notify the HOA Architectural Review Committee and the Board of Directors that there is or going to be a breach of HOA Covenants or Bylaws that is about to occur. The intent is to maintain the standards set forth in the HOA Covenants & Bylaws while making temporary exemptions, (e.g. dumpster or POD in driveway for remodeling/moving) for the convenience of the homeowner.
